Return Process All products may be returned (in any original packaging) within 30 days of purchase for full refund. The following procedure applies: An RA (Return Authorization) number must be issued from Seiwa Biodegrader upon e-mail request to contact@biodegrader.com Products without RA numbers will not be accepted. Products sent COD will not be accepted.
